Hi, I'm Lee and I'm the co-owner & coach at Body Transform Fitness.

My fitness journey began as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Air Force, where I discovered my passion for helping people transform their health and performance.

Over 28 years, I've built expertise and professional qualifications across Personal Training, Fitness Coaching, and Nutrition.

From competing at the AAA National Championships in the 800m to leading local run clubs, I've also turned years of racing experience into programs that help runners at every level - whether you're chasing a PB, building endurance, or just starting out.

At BTF, I'm affectionately known as The Duracell Bunny! My sessions are packed with energy, expertise, and the kind of encouragement that makes hard work feel achievable. Whatever your goals, we have an amazing team to help you feel stronger, fitter, faster & healthier.

Hi, I’m Laura, a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry.
I’m passionate about helping people discover their physical and mental strength while building long-term, sustainable healthy habits.

I specialise in a range of areas including Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, Pre and Post-natal Exercise, Strength Training, Functional Movement and Performance Nutrition.

I work with a variety of clients to help create personalised fitness routines that fit seamlessly into their everyday lives, no matter their starting point.

Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to get back on track, I’m here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way. My coaching is science-backed and rooted in empowerment, education, and long-term results. Together, we’ll build strength, confidence and lasting change.

Hi, I'm Scott, and I've spent the last 10 years working with people of all abilities to help them reach their fitness goals - and usually surprise themselves along the way.

Whether you're looking to lose fat, build muscle, learn something new, or just use exercise to clear your head, I'm here to help make it happen.

Over the years, I've gotten into all sorts of things myself - strength training, functional fitness, bouldering, obstacle races, mountaineering, and ultra-distance running. It's given me a pretty broad toolkit and, honestly, keeps things interesting.

I bring that variety into my coaching because training should be practical, enjoyable, and feel like it's actually made for you. No one-size-fits-all approach, just solid programming that works with your life and keeps you engaged, healthy and smiling along the way.

For over 12 years, we've been building a place where everyone, no matter their experience, feels welcomed, supported, and empowered. From our humble beginnings in a small space, we’ve grown thanks to our incredible members and the strong sense of community we've built. Today, we're a family.

More Than Just a Workout

With 38 expertly coached group classes every single week, our focus is always on quality and care. Our highly qualified coaches are the heart of our gym - they bring energy, charisma, and unwavering support to every session, making your fitness journey fun and inspiring. We offer a huge range of classes, including cardio, strength & conditioning, muscle growth, functional fitness, metabolic conditioning and boxing.

Beyond the Gym Floor

Our community is the best part of BTF. We get together for charity events and active social weekends away, like the recent trip where we took 58 members up Mount Snowdon! This isn't just a place to sweat; it’s a place to make memories and give back.

What type of gym are you?

Fitness, community, and zero judgment!

We’re the kind of gym where fitness feels like fun - not a chore. Think community first, with coaching-led group classes that keep you moving, motivated, and most certainly laughing along the way.

Forget the mirrors, egos, and judgment (there are none of these here). Instead, picture high-fives, friendly faces, and social events that make it easy to stick around. We’re serious about results, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously- because working out should be the best part of your day.

We have a large unit, fully equipped with state of the art facilities for you to enjoy a comprehensive (and fun!) workout.

- When are your training sessions?

We have over 38 classes a week and run multiple sessions every weekday and Saturday mornings. Click here for the full class timetable

- What kind of training will I be doing?

Our memberships and 6 week challenge includes all MOVE, ELEVATE, BOX or METCON sessions, in a group of around 8 - 25 new & existing members.

These are full body 'Interval' training sessions that include a mix of strength and cardio based workouts. We have members ranging from in their 20s to 60s and some have been members for nearly 12 years. Everyone is welcome at BTF. We pride ourselves on our community and our 'no ego' ethos! There are no mirrors or judgements here, only encouragement and collaboration all the way!

We can (and frequently do) adjust exercises to each individual based on injuries and fitness levels - you will be coached and encouraged 100% of the way. You'll never feel lost on a BTF session, and you'll certainly leave with a smile on your face! See more about our classes here.

- When can I start?

There's no better time than right now!

Once we have you set up, you can get started as soon as you like. The hardest part is starting, but once you experience the atmosphere, camaraderie and encouragement here, you'll want to come back for more.

- Am I fit enough?

YES!

It's a really common misconception that you need to be fit to get fit!

We have a huge variety of fitness levels on our group classes, and we make sure all of our members are training at the right level for them. Our classes are fully coached by our professional coaches who will guide, encourage and help you every step of the way.

As you might've read already, there are no mirrors, judgement or egos here - our members are all here for the same reasons - to get fit, boost mental health, lose weight and most importantly, have fun.

- What Happens after I register to the 6 Week Challenge?

As soon as you register for the 6 Week Challenge, one of our expert coaches will connect with you to walk through everything you can expect from the 6-Week Challenge. We’ll take your starting weight and measurements, then create a fully personalised nutrition plan designed around your goals and dietary needs. We’ll also talk through any injuries or limitations so we can adapt every workout to suit you.

Throughout the challenge, you’ll have regular check-ins to track your progress and keep you accountable. Our coaches are not just here to coach the group classes, but also to guide, support, and push you when you need it most - and you’ll also be surrounded by an inspiring community that keeps you motivated and excited to show up every session.

- What kind of results can I expect?

Of course every individual is different, but if you're prepared to work with us and can commit to 2-3 classes a week, we'll make sure you're on a plan that has you losing between 7 - 20lbs on the scales, or dropping 3 - 8% body fat (based on body measurements).

This is enough to have you feeling significantly leaner, fitter, healthier and happier!

- On the 6 Week Challenge, what happens after my 6 weeks has finished?

It's entirely up to you! By now you would have seen that transformation start to happen. Whether you were aiming to lose weight, lose inches or tone up, you would have seen big changes happen already.

We also hope you would have experienced the fantastic community that we're so proud of and is hard to find in any other gym in Norwich.

We hope you would love to continue your journey with us as a full member, and our coaches will take the time to go through the membership options with you. Remember you are not contracted into anything and so the choice is entirely yours to make.
