Six years ago I left a review that I will paste below because I still stand by my words now - actually even more so because during the last six years life dealt me a serious injury (not related to the gym) and I had to take almost 3 years out. After surgery last summer I returned to BTF in January this year and have been welcomed back and supported by all the coaches and members as I have transitioned back into gym work. The coaches have been excellent and provided guidance and alternatives for particular exercises to ensure I remain fit and well. The members are just brilliant - there is such a community feel and no-one judges, and I have felt supported by them all since I returned in January this year. Thank you BTF! My previous review from 2018 as promised: BTF is a brilliant place to go and get fitter and healthier amongst others who are on their own fitness journey. Everyone has a different starting point and set of goals but BTF is always friendly, encouraging, non-judgemental and fun. It is not like going to a 'regular' gym, it is so much more. The coaches are fantastic and will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals, which are often beyond the expectations you have when you first start. Everyone works together and there's a great sense of camaraderie between all the clients and coaches - so much more motivating than going to the gym on your own. Highly recommend!

I cannot ovremphaise how positive BTF has been for me over the last few years and that really hit home when I wasn't able to go during lockdown - aside from friends and family, I missed it more than anything else. Somehow, BTF strikes the perfect balance; varied classes, supportive coaches who genuinely care about their clients, and a fantastic group of people, many of whom have become friends. My physical and mental wellbeing has vastly improved since joining & I can't quite imagine life without it. I genuinely can't recommend highly enough.
