GETTING STARTED

From the moment you start, we’re with you every step of the way. Your journey begins with a Starting Point Analysis, where we record your baseline - whether that’s weight, body composition, photos, or simply your current health and lifestyle habits. If your focus is more on overall wellbeing, we’ll work with you to set meaningful goals and build healthy habits that fit your life.

NUTRITION PLAN

You'll receive a customised nutrition plan designed to fuel your body for your goals, and a personal coach will provide continuous advice, reviews, and support. Plus you'll get to exchange useful tips with our incredible community all on the same journey as you.

OUR CLASSES

We don't just run workouts, we coach people. Our group personal training sessions build strength, fitness, and confidence that carry over into everyday life. You’ll train in a supportive group, and you'll have unlimited access to all our MOVE, ELEVATE, BOX & METCON classes. Our coaches know your name, understand your goals, and will guide you with clarity and care.

YOUR RESULTS

We'll celebrate your progress with a Final Results recording of your weight, body composition, and photos to showcase your incredible transformation. We'll also be celebrating that newfound confidence and the healthy habits you've started to form. Our Infamous Workouts

Our MOVE, ELEVATE, METCON and BOX group sessions have a bit of a reputation - in a good way. They're high-energy, full-body workouts designed to get you moving, sweating, laughing, and actually enjoying your fitness routine. We recommend 2-4 classes a week for serious results but you can come as often as you like - just know this: the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

Our workouts are designed to challenge your body and energise your mind.
