Class Types:

Working in a group of like minded individuals with instructor led classes designed to suit everyone and for all levels of fitness. adjustable levels of difficulty to suit all needs. The best combination of group training whilst getting 1-2-1 support.

ELEVATE - Group Fitness Training

Class Types:

For those who have established a level of fitness and understanding of core movements and who are looking to take their fitness to a new level. Working at higher intensity using equipment such as ski-ergs, assault bikes and rowing machines, combined with functional high intensity interval training.

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

  • Functional Based Training

  • Strength & Conditioning

Duration:

  • 45-Minute Sessions, including warm up & cool down

Best for:

  • Accelerating fitness levels

  • Progressive intensity workouts

  • Advanced movements & techniques

  • Burning body fat

  • Having fun!

LIFT – Semi-Private Training

Class Types:

Classes are structured in 3 weekly phases. phase 1 - muscular endurance. 2 - Strength. 3 - testing for PBs

Strength End game is to achieve personal bests. Get stronger & leaner.

Weekly training is split by focussing on areas such as:

  • Push - Working the areas of Chest, Front of Shoulders, Triceps

  • Pull - Working the areas of Back, Biceps, Back of Shoulders

  • Legs - Focussing on lower body strength for Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves & Core

Duration:

  • 1 Hour Sessions, including warm up & cool down

Best for:

  • Toning

  • Gaining strength

  • Muscle gain

  • Posture & mobility improvements

  • Functional strength development

Open to existing Move & Move+ members

BOX - Group Boxing Fitness

Class Types:

A small group coached classes are energetic, stress relieving and most of all, fun! Our coaches will help improve punching technique & improving hand speed and power. All equipment is provided (own gloves/pads are also welcome).

  • Boxing based circuit classes focussing on bags, pads, speed balls, skipping & footwork

Duration:

  • 45-Minute Sessions

Best for:

  • Energising enjoyment

  • Improving technique and power

  • Fat Loss

  • Toning arms, legs, and core.

  • Stress relief & mental rejuvenation

Open to existing Move & Move+ members

1-2-1 Personal Training

Class Types:

  • All purposely built around your goals!

Duration:

  • 1 Hour, including warm up & cool down

  • Those who prefer completely personalised Workouts,

  • Achieving specific goals

  • Progress tracking

  • Customised nutrition plan

  • 1-2-1 Support

  • Open to non-BTF members
